Step-by-Step Attestation Process

1. Matriculation (SSC – Secondary School Certificate)

Original Matric Certificate and Marksheet must be prepared.
Many boards are now integrated with the IBCC Online Portal for easier attestation.
If digital submission isn’t available, photocopies should be manually attested by your Education Board.

2. Intermediate (HSSC – Higher Secondary School Certificate)

Collect original Intermediate Certificate and Marksheet.
These must be attested by the relevant Intermediate Board.

3. IBCC Attestation

Once board-level attestation is completed:

Submit your SSC and HSSC documents to the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) for official attestation.
This step is mandatory before applying for undergraduate studies abroad.

4. University Degree and Transcript

Prepare original Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and Transcript.
Attestation must first be completed by your university’s Registrar or Controller of Examinations.

5. HEC Attestation

Submit the university-attested documents to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
HEC attestation is necessary for international academic recognition.
